On the morning of Sept.29th, President Liu Defu met with IOAN ANDREI SONEA, Rumanian short-term exchange students in China, and awarded it course-completion certificate.

IOAN ANDREI SONEA came to China to take part in short-term individual research subject "Chinese business- Basic etiquette in business activities" conducted by Chen Yu, teacher form school of foreign languages. Through a month's study and practice, the projects passed through demonstration, examination and now it is finished. On the graduation ceremony, President Liu urged him to further his study and continue the scientific research, take active part in culture exchange between China and Romania and struggle to be envy of the cultural exchange between the two countries. 

International education is important work in international exchange of our university's "the 12th Five-Year Plan", it is an important measure and reflect to improve our school's education internationalization level and comprehensive school-running strength. Highly valued and guided by school leadership, our school has accelerated international students enrolling and cultivating process since 2011. So far number of degree students, short-term program students and exchange students reaches more than 40, the students are from German, Russia, Ghana, Vietnam, Morocoo and so on 11 countries, studying in School of Foreign languages, School of Management, School of Art Design and School of Electrical Engineering.

In order to make international students' education and cultivation better, our school held several special meetings to actively make negotiation and promotion, and our school sets up international students administrative office and provided formation and staffs, all the relevant colleges also attach importance to international students education, they actively made teaching plan and course schedule, and arrange tutors and student assistants for every international students. so the international students education and management has been steadily carried out.
