College of Management Young Teachers Teaching Competition Finals cum the preliminary of 12th Teaching Competition of Hubei University of Technology Young Teachers ended in room A-401 of Liberal Arts Teaching Building on the afternoon of 21st, March. This competition received university leaderships' serious attention and was well planned by Teaching Office, and young teachers of the entire university positively responded to and participated in the competition. It is a significant activity for our university to motivate young teachers to improve teaching art and teaching quality, and promote teaching exchange.

The competition's judge group contains two parts, one part is the judges made up by university's teaching supervisions, professor committee and leaderships of university's colleges and departments; the other part is judges made up by all teaching staffs in our university, each of the two parts' votes takes up 50% of the entire vote weight. In competition finals, the judges even get deeply involved in classes of the competitors, inspected on-site-spot teaching, and finally gave general evaluation according to their performance. At the end of the competition, the judges generally thought that all teachers in the competition were high spirited, and teaching were colorful in content, their explanations were simple, teaching methods were various, and assisting means of teaching were used properly, and they combined the new thought, ideas and achievements, interacting with students very well. 

Through hotly competition and justice voting, finally,the Advertisement Theory and Practice by teacher called Rao Lihong and Special Subject on Marketing by a teacher called Xiong Wei won the competition, they will take part in the 12th Young teachers teaching competition finals, wish they do a good job in the finals.
