Documents required for Bachelor Program
1. Application Form for Overseas Students to Study at Hubei University of Technology
2. High school diploma ( notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation)
3. High school transcripts (notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation)
4. HSK Certificate must be in original or certified copy.
5. One photocopy of your valid passport

Documents required for Master Program
1. Application Form for Overseas Students to Study at Hubei University of Technology
2. Diploma and degree certificate ( notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation)
3. Related transcripts ( notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation)
4. Two recommendation letters from professor, in Chinese or English
5. Chinese Language Proficiency Test result (Skip if the candidates haven’t learnt Chinese)
6. One photocopy of your valid passport
7. Study plan

Documents required for Chinese Language Program
1. Application Form for Overseas Students to Study at Hubei University of Technology
2. One photocopy of your valid passport

1.All required materials must be the originals or copies notarized by the issuing organization; All required documents must be in Chinese or English;
2. The application documents and related documents will not be returned.
3. If the students have no background of Chinese study, they may apply for one year Chinese study prior to study their major.
